Job Description: Perform Clerical & Basic Office skills/duties such as maintaining records, copying/scanning/faxing, data entry, ordering supplies, provider phone calls and other related clerical duties.

Skills:

  • Proficient in speaking Spanish.

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

  • Use computers for various applications such as Word, Excel, and CRM applications.

  • Able to act independently when problems happen.

  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

  • Carry yourself professionally with customers, colleagues, and vendors.

  • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.

  • Draft letters for colleagues or to customers.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Knowledge of standard business equipment (scanners, copiers, fax machines etc.)

  • Order or arrange files either on hard or softcopy.
