Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information-sharing categories described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
